It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections associated with Town of Hamburg, Erie County, and New York. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with any agency, court, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use Rules
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information found through it, to:

11. New York Governing Law

For records held by Town of Hamburg, Erie County, or New York agencies, the relevant public-record law is the New York Freedom of Information Law, Public Officers Law Article 6, §§84–90. Section 87 provides access subject to exemptions, and §89(3)(a) sets the agency response framework for requests. FOIL does not make confidential or exempt records public, and it does not govern this privately operated service.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
